Our Fee Schedule

Our hours are flexible to accommodate the personal needs of you, your family, and your friends.

Initial Consultation

An initial no obligation pre-arranged meeting in person, phone or via Zoom.

  • 45 minutes free of charge (subject to *travel time)

Ongoing Consultations

In person, phone or Zoom

  • $80 per hour. Minimum 1.5 hour per consultation*
    *Billed in 30 min increments

Research and general administration

  • $70.00 per hour (Billed in 15 min increments)

Doula Packages

Doula Consultation packages:

  • $780 for 10 hours

  • $1,500 for 20 hours

Travel:

Up to 40 kms round trip from the Doulas home is included in the hourly consultant fee, over 40 kms round trip is charged at $1.00 per km.

Advance Care & Planning Packages

  • Types of documents and plans we can support you with include:

    • Advance Health Care Plan

    • Funeral Planning

    • Discreet Home Clearing (Planning only)

    • Emotional Will Writing

    • Legacy Work

  • Maximum time included 3 hours, additional $80.00 per hour as required.

  • $295 per person

*Our Doula’s are not lawyers and therefore we do not create legally binding documents such as wills and enduring guardianship documents, however we can explain what they are.

Sleepover
(Vigils)

  • Sleepover arrangements are negotiable.

  • A secure setting, clean bed & bedding/recliner is to be in or near the client’s room with access to the use of bathroom and basic kitchen facilities.

Payment terms

  • 5 days from invoice date.

  • Payment via direct deposit or debit/credit card.

  • GST is included in all the above figures.

  • Cancellation fees will be subject to your individual circumstances. 24 hours’ notice required in most instances.

NDIS

Subject to your plan and approval, if you have a NDIS plan that is self or agency-managed, you may qualify to utilise your funding to hire a doula to support you. Your personal End-of-life Doula package would be treated like any other service provider you choose.
